				Not really, I'm Spanish and The Mojon Twins are my mates, so..., I asked for their permission about using their characters in my game.
Also, Davidian (the musician) has collaborated with them several times. (Ninjarjar, Dogmole Tuppowski, Goku Mal...)

I think sharing source code it's a good way to encourage other people to make their own games.
