Testing on real hardware.
Is it possible to use the everdrive MD to test my homebrew game on? I know about UMDK but i am not that technical to build it myself, and the everdrive looks aesthetically better.
Not sure if this thread is appropriate for this question, so sorry in advance.
Thanks.

I've used an earlier model Everdrive for Genesis and I was very happy with it. I did all my game testing on it.

Sweet. For a released game project, or just prototypes?djcouchycouch wrote:I've used an earlier model Everdrive for Genesis and I was very happy with it. I did all my game testing on it.

Nothing finished. Just the demos I worked on (Goplanes, the Pingouin series, Propeller).

Unfortunately no, just to develop SGDK or some small demos (bad apple, SF2 sound driver fix...)orlanrod wrote:Stef wrote:Of course you can use it for that, it's what i am using myself

I played through Goplanes and Pingouin. They are pretty cool. Your using the MapEX function, to show only a part of the map, right? I think i can tell from the clear line from the right edge of the screen.djcouchycouch wrote:Nothing finished. Just the demos I worked on (Goplanes, the Pingouin series, Propeller).
The robot boss with the cannon weapon from Pingouin, looks like the megazord from Power Rangers. Awesome lol
Hopefully i can figure out this collision stuff. It's the only barrier right now in code progression. 8p
