SFX over TFM music

Hi,

I have some TFM songs to play on one of my current projects.
I'd like to play some sfx (pcm?) over it like punk, kick and jump

the TFM driver bundled with SGDK doesn't seem to handle this...
Did I miss something ?
Does another driver exist ?
Should I go to the TFM -> VGM -> XGM road ?

Unfortunately the TFM driver does not have SFX support :-/
I think the better way is indeed to export to VGM then play it through the XGM driver.
