What is strange is the problem occurs only on full version...
I initially though it may be related to that problem :
But then it should occurs also on short version.
I've the same MD model as you but i don't own an everdrive to test and as you see piroxilin do not meet the problem with its MD.
Sorry it's almost impossible as the base video is 30 FPS, adapt it to 25 FPS would need a major modification of my tools and result in choppy video. Honestly it's easier to mod your MD so it can work in NTSC or PAL than modifying BadApple demo to make it work in PAL mode
