Large Megabit PCB - Date 1995

This could be SEGA's last attempt at standardizing large ROM format games and PCB's, as 1995 was SEGA's last big year before the release of the Saturn.  So far any of my 1996 released games are published on this PCB.  If so, this is the home of 24 and 32 Megabit ROMs.  Each ROM has 42 PINs.  The serial number can be found at the top right-hand corner of the PCB.
