The Super Hang-On motor cycle's modular design allows for six advanced engines. Prices range from $600 - $8192000
The base engine is an overhead cam (OHC) design, delivering a top speed of 174MPH (280KM) in under 23 seconds. With an advanced muffler and oil, it is capable of delivering this speed in under 17 seconds.
-
Similar to the OHC, the double overhead cam (DOHC) motor expands the base engine by giving it dedicated intake and exhaust cams, allowing it breathe better at higher RPM's. As a result, it can go from 0 to 174 MPH (280KM) in 17.23 seconds. Add an advanced muffler and high grade oil, and that number changes to 13 flat.
-
By adding two more cylinders to the DOHC motor, you create the DOHC V4. By adding two more pistons, you increase the size of the motor two-fold, adding even more power to the bike. There is no replacement for displacement. As a result, you reach a top speed of 174 MPH (280KM) in under 12 seconds. By adding private original oil and a works original muffler, that number drops to 9.46 seconds.
-
As if the DOHC V4 wasn't enough, we place a small turbo charger into the motor, force-feeding it to a whopping 201MPH (324KM). 12.7 seconds is all it takes from stop to top. Since a turbo runs hot by spinning off of exhaust gasses, a high-quality muffler is required to keep from having to replace it continually. We recommend adding at least a Works Original muffler and Private Original oil to keep the turbo cool, all the while bringing 0 - 201MPH times down to 10.66 seconds.
-
For the professional racer, the Ceramic Turbo motor is here. Be sure you feed it expensive oil and expensive mufflers to keep the turbo happy. The numbers are not in for this setup yet, so try one out for yourself.
-
That's right, there are six digits after the 8. And for good reason too. This motor is as bad as they get. We are still tabulating the numbers for this engine, so go ahead and take it for a spin.
