At the title screen, press UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, B, A
You should hear a chime if the code was entered correctly.  A new difficulty
setting will appear on the Options screen.

Extra Lives

Enter the Original Music and Expert Mode codes in order.  If you did it right
you'll hear a tone and 9 lives will appear.

On the Option Screen, play BGM 05 and play SE 073.  Make sure that these music
settings are set when you leave the options screen.  Press Start to start the
game.  When your standard weapon is powered up to level 4, you will hear the
old Castlevania music until you get hit.

Eric: Press and Hold A then LEFT, RIGHT to twirl the spear.  Keep pressing
LEFT, RIGHT to keep spinning it.  To do a Super jump press and hold DOWN then
press B and you'll jump high.  You won't be able to move left or right, but 
you can't  get hurt.  You can still hurt your enemies in mid-jump.

John: To swing from a ceiling, jump and press DIAGONAL RIGHT or DIAGONAL LEFT
to attach to the celing.
