Notes:

I thought it was strange Time-Warner Interactive would be using the
TENGEN manufactured PCB's.  But let's not forget that Time-Warner 
Interactive bought ATARI GAMES and TENGEN was the console divison of
ATARI GAMES.  That explains the PCB with the TWI ROM sitting on it.
