Modding a clone?

Title says it almost all...
Some time ago, I got a MD1 clone who works pretty much like an original one (my LAKABAJO works perfectly with it, for example), but obviously the internal structure is organized way different, and the JP1-4 switchs aren't there.
The motherboard seems to be "inspired" in a VA5/VA6, since I recognized the 315-5313 and the 315-5402/5433. Obviously, they are named diferent, but I checked some signals according to the pinouts on the Wiki, and they match!
So, my question is, what signals need to be affected for the 50/60 Hz and JAP/NTSC mod?
