There's quite a few for other consoles. Any on IRC for Sega 16bit? I'm sure some of you guys are already on IRC. So if not, we need such a channel.

I'm always on EFNet and Freenode, I'm sure a chan will motivate me to continue my project :)
Feel free to create one and I'll join.

Oh, chatting about dev always get the motivation going :D

How about #spritesmind on efnet? Also, I've never setup a bot before.

#spritesmind sounds ok to me.

We don't need a bot, but I don't know if you can register a channel of EFNet.

(efnet)
#utopiasoft = Primarily PCE dev (heh - we talk about SMS dev more than #smspower does <_<, though mostly with Charles and such). Some occasional pcfx, nes, c64, speccy, gg, saturn, FM(sound), GBA, other dev/talk when the right people are in ;)
#nesdev = lots of people sitting in the channel, most not talking about NES dev or actually saying anything at all. Weird. Members like b00daw, blargg, kevtris, loopy are around from time to time though.
#smspower = other than VBT and TmEE, I never seem to find many coders in there.
#8bitpeoples = been a while since I was there. Actually... I'm not sure what they talk about there.

There were other channels mentioned to me, but I haven't visited.

And now #spritesmind, yay!
