Request.. Mean Bean Machine Hack (Color Blind)

I've been looking at the tools available and attempting to do this myself, but I'm having trouble understanding a lot of the tools, especially as a windows user.
So I've got a request for anyone who's willing to help. I've got a lot of trouble playing Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine since I'm color blind. Is there anyone who could help me out developing a rom-hack that will change to colors of the beans in the game?
Red and green, and purple and blue are the colors that I can't differentiate. If the Red beans could be changed to white and the purple beans changed to black that would be perfect for me.
