Actually with plain wav file (and 16 Khz fixed playback) you can also use the 4PCM driver which is nice if you plan to mix severals samples. ;)

Okay, cool. I'm thinking of writing a really basic tool that enables me to put together samples into songs... kinda like a tracker but much simpler.

Have the basics of my game up and running sprites, tiles, sound etc... just gotta put it together and make it look pretty.

Just a breakout clone for my first attempt. Bat and ball working well already, though I really ought to do circle/square collision instead of the pong style square/square I have now. lol. BALLS DON'T HAVE CORNERS! Haha.
