A new game "Space flies attack" is under development for 16-bit Sega Genesis and MegaDrive consoles.

IMHO prettier art would be a better target to spend resources instead of shadow/hilight. Players don't care how many colors are visible.

I do EVERYTHING myself. Nobody helps me. I don't have a team of artists and musicians. I have no money for them. I have a task in front of me - I do it. How I can. I don't have much talent for anything. Do you condemn my method?

It's fine to do whatever you're interested in if it's for fun. If you want to sell the game like some other games before, then you should consider what helps it sell.
