I've seen something like this before... it was circuit-bending: a MD/other console with a bunch of conectors that shorted some pins on the vram, "bending" the picure =(corrupting tiles, bahhh...
), it may not be the same thing but the appearance was very similar, specially with the 2nd pic.

That VJart is like LOGO language with abstract aspects...I like that pictures.Nice computer art...

I think there is pencil cursor or something...
