A friend of mine tested the demo using also a original PAL Megadrive I (this time using a Mega Everdrive instead of a Tototek cartridge) and got exactly the same result: after the 512 color screen fadeout, music continues but nothing appears on the screen.

It looks like there's a problem on these consoles.

Works fine on my PAL-G MegaDrive ( 1600-20 ) using a Mega Everdrive :?

That's really strange. It works here on all our consoles. PAL Mega Drive VA4, VA6, Mega Drive II VA1.8

Did you try disabling the in-game menu in the Mega Everdrive options?

Can anyone who's got a Mega Everdrive make tests whether enabling/disabling that option changes anything?

The manual says "Some games may not work or may be operate erratically if In-game Menu option is enabled" - I don't have a Mega Everdrive ("just" a regular Everdrive) so I cannot test it myself.

That's not the problem. My friend has always the "in-game menu" disabled. Other weird thing I noticed when running the demo on my Megadrive, is that during the rotating cube scene, some high frequency noise is coupled to the audio output.

The Eproms are burning and the carts are being shipped soon. We recommend you to watch this on real hardware until emulator devs fix their bugs :)

Special versions for specific emulators (Regen, Fusion, Gens, Genesis Plus GX) are bundled, if you don't have hardware to watch it on.

Merry christmas :)

Hardware versions should run fine with current Genesis Plus GX SVN version, I improved some stuff two months ago regarding FIFO timings and sprite processing when display is disabled during HBLANK.

Nice improvements by the way, it seems the 3D models are less glitchy and CRAM dots less visible now than with first version but I might be wrong. 60hz version is also very nice.

Well it's hard to find any Genesis Plus GX compiled that I can actually run here... I was lucky enough to find this dll for retroarch :P

Also, cram dots that actively disturb the image should be nonexistant.

Gotta get some time to test this version and see if it works with my console!

I would test it on my NTSC Model 1, but unfortunately I cannot afford a flash cart.
IBM 5150, YEEEEEEEEEEEAH

But seriously, if you have a question about the IBM 5150 PC, ask me, and I can either answer it, or point you to someone who is more knowledgeable.

We really need to sort out a new run of these:
