Any chance to take better pictures of this baby (especially the bottom of PCBD)?
i'll try to make my own extension unit, because in my country it's very difficult get a SEGA CD,
and the 32x (MK-84000 revision) refuses to work in my standalone Genesis HDG, but works great in the Genesis model 2, and i prefer the HDG for the great sound department

probably, but not all signal, just the address or data...
and may not be grounded directly, but via a resistor divider...like the old "SCSI Terminators"

you are right, but the first revision of 32x (MK-84000) don't work on a Genesis Model 1 without this extension (when I try to run my games, has graphics glitches, random hangs, bad sound), I try to make my own, because I don't have a Sega CD
on the Genesis model 2 works like a charm, but I prefer the model 1
