Sega megadrive logo

Hi,

Some times (years?) ago, I found a website with vector image of the Sega megadrive logo, pad and system.
I'm unable to find it again (nor the files...)
FYI, I'm pretty sure it's the files used to make these 'unofficial' tshirt :

Thanks, there are some interesting logo in this one...
but not the ones I'm looking for (japanese logo & title...)
