MD Emulator Compat.

Post by Munkyears » Thu May 28, 2009 7:58 pm

Has anyone notice compatibility with programming-compiling then running on a specific megadrive emulator?

I have on frequent occasions experianced recompiling my own code with no significant changes and it not running correctly in Gens.

even though it worked perfectly before?

Any suggestions on better emulation?

I know hardware is the best way to get accurate results but waiting on my order from Tototek.

if a program won't run same in all emulators, there's great chance it won't run on real HW... I don't really know what some emulators don't do or do differently... Gens is a bit outdated by now, Kega Fusion and Regen are what should be used for tests.

If you like Gens, Gen/GS is constantly being updated.

Thanks, That is perfect! for some reason, my code seems to run flawlessly now with only my errors compared to Original gens which spits out like a baby

I wonder what made the correct?

Cheers again
