How to detect collision between Sprite and Plane A low??

Hi, i've been trying to make my sprite collide with the water in my map, and also with different objects in the map.
Now i know how to scroll the background, and i understand better how it works now de priority, Plane A low and Plane B low.
I want my character to collide with water, but i did a mistake, i draw my map and the water in same plane image, i need to understand how
tileset collision work, or Plane A low collision with sprite works, if someone can explain me please don't doubt to comment.
