cheapest way to megadrive on 4k tv

Wondering what is those days is the cheapest way to plug the megadrive to "new" 4k tv ?
And no trouble on qled / 4/3 running hours ?

Absolute cheapest would be Chinese hdmi adapters, but at crap quality.
