Hello again.
Despite all the horror that is happening in the world, we continue the decapping project of Sega Megadrive/Genesis chips.

Today I'll show you some quick previews at 10x magnifying level.

Unfortunately, we don't have now unbroken 315-5313 chip but we have TA-06W (315-5313A) one.

As you can see, the TA-xx chipset is a superclone but made on the thinner norms.

Also we have some MegaCD chips.

Also we will recapture the YM2612.

At the first look the 315-xx chipset uses standard CAD CELLs. So we need to remove metal to reach the polysilicon.

Okay. We open the GIT repository about SEGA chips for everyone. The link is: https://github.com/emu-russia/SEGAChips

Now you can help to the project if you want to. Or just use our datasets in yours projects. Welcome.
