This is a gold mine. Especially the Saturn stuff.

Try using the "Alternate Timing" option which I think is in the Misc. menu. Also disable Vsync.

I don't know if you are accepting bug reports right now, but Lotus II Recs has graphical bugs (most probably due to H Counter timings).

Nah. If anything, emulation of the 8 bit systems might be a bit better than Genesis. (maybe except excluding YM2413 sound)
