i have a Pentium 4 HT , 2 GB ram and a VGA 9800 , and i can't play with Exodus because it runs very slow , something like 2 FPS.

Exodus is a cycle accurate Genesis/Mega Drive emulator with a focus on accuracy and you'll need a very fast system to run it. Sadly, your system isn't up-to par.

There are minimum system requirements listed on Exodus' website.
