				I think Chilly Willy is referring to how the ground is irregularly sloped in those games instead of being flat.

				Perhaps it needs light colors on the left of the full platform and darker ones on the right (or vice versa) to generate some 3D effect. At least this is how Sonic and all the other tiles do it.

				But that's already the case...
For the record, my first thought when reading that for some reason was the glasses that came with Jim Power SNES (where one glass was darker than the other so when put together with the weird parallax it'd give a 3D-ish impression). I'm not sure that's really a good idea though :P

				I think my biggest problem with it is that every change in level is a full column rather than just a change in level. Where there's an edge from a change in level, that edge goes clear to the bottom of the screen. It should only go to the next level section and stop. The ground should be solid instead of split into columns.

				The project is completed. I am looking for a publisher for release on cartridges.
Features:
5 types of weapons: machine gun, auto cannon, Spread gun, plasma, flamethrower.
11 levels with 40+ minutes gameplay
Parallax scrolling, Fullcolor - 40-61 on screen
33 types of enemies: flying, floating, running, etc.
Giant bosses: technology, robots, monsters, etc.
Weather effects: rain, snow, etc.
15 music tracks
Sound effects for all actions
Menu with options: to turn off the music, sounds.
5 difficulty modes (in Options): Very Easy to Very Hard
