Awesome, I would just like to see the source from the commercial games. Not sure I want to see it bad enough for what he is asking, but still ^_^.

After scouring many Game Collector sites, it seems this stuff is pretty rare. So, I feel that the prices I'm asking are in the ballpark

I hate when prices are determined by offer/demand. Scarcity shouldn't be a constraint regarding knowledge. Opposite !
