Hello all. I apologize if this is the wrong section to ask this question but somebody asked me about this again and so I thought I would check. Back in 1993 Gamepro magazine ran a preview for a Genesis version of SFII: Champion Edition. It looks like either an early build of Special Champion Edition's CE mode, or a completely different prototype. Note the black bar behind the energy bars instead of at the top and bottom of the screen.
I am fairly confident I have asked this before in here, but I couldn't find the thread. Are there any leads on this prototype ROM for Champion Edition out there? I know about the Turbo proto ROM already, but this one would be different and from Capcom.
