Let me explain better (without spoiling my project though). I might be working on some program which handles 2151 vgm files, so I need informations about the registers, the instruments, and everything which can be useful.
Basically if I want to write a 2151 vgm file I need to know how to set up an instrument, how to issue a note on, etc.
My project involves the YM2612 too, but I am already covered for that. The docs online are quite complete, and Tiido and Andlabs helped a lot.
So yeah, that. I'd need to raise my knowledge of the 2151 to the same level of my knowledge of the 2612
