Yes, but it's not really as sophisticated as TFM Music Maker.

I've been making XM's in OpenMPT and going the conversion route, and that works well enough, but once you finish this tracker, will there be more effects support in Echo? Stuff that's closer to the hardware--operator specific effects?

Maybe. Echo itself doesn't support operator manip yet. I'm trying to get sik to impelment that but no luck so far.
