BIOS hack possibility

I have no idea if this is even possible, but with the Megacart, perhaps it is if you can load a different BIOS?
I was thinking about hacking the BIOS to play either a different tune, or a PCM sample. I'm a fan of the old cartoon series Underdog. I kinda want the theme song as the music, but if I could, it would be sweet if I could be able to turn on the Sega CD, and hear "There's no need to fear, Underdog is here!".. :p
It's stupid, but it's personalizing, and I kinda like the idea.
