Video encoder possible?

Post by matteus » Tue Feb 05, 2008 12:50 am

The last post I read mentioned using sega cd as a mp3 player....I know fonz has developed a video codec, so why not release an application that encodes and creates ropey 64 colour video cds? lol It might not be amazing but gives people the opportunity to work on finding ways of creating their own animations for the system that look good when thrown through the codec...

As long as I can watch Underdog on my Sega CD, I'll be happy. ;)
