I don't know if those are already known but I found these manuals recently

They are quite interesting to read compared to other service manuals we already have since they contain detailled descriptions of Genesis and Sega CD hardware with some nice internal block diagrams. The technical manual also contain, among many other things, the full list of CDD command and status codes, something that is not even documented in official programmer manuals
