Complete ebay component source list

I've done some ebay-fu and gathered together a complete shopping list to source all the required parts for assembling the LX9 and the Mega Drive bridge board. This will be the source list I'll be using to order the parts for my boards. Most (all?) of the listings are different to the suggested ones in the notes.txt files. I've selected what seemed to me to be the best prices based on quantity, while avoiding one or two sellers based on excessively long shipping times or less than stellar feedback.

That's a total of $67.73 for all parts, plus $4.60 for postage, for a grand total of $72.33. This will leave plenty of spare parts for everything other than the IC's and the 22uf tantalum caps too, so if you're building two, it'll only cost around $40 more to order all the parts for a second unit. (If you want a higher quantity of the tantalum caps, this listing: http://www.ebay.com/itm/121126636986 would be a good one, $5.15 for 50)

All items have a quoted shipping time of 2-4 weeks from each seller, all of them coming direct from china or similar places. The seller for the main items of value only ships with tracking, the postage cost is listed, with each additional item only costing $0.10 to add to the shipment.

I made a couple of part substitutions over the suggested part numbers, in order to find a compatible part on ebay, or in order to get a reasonable price. The two substitutions I made are as follows:
-Swapped XC6SLX9-2TQG144C for XC6SLX9-3TQG144C. Substituted part has a better speed rating.
-Swapped MT48LC8M16A2P-7E for MT48LC8M16A2P-75. Higher CAS latency, shouldn't matter at all for this.

One addendum to the list, since you'll need to order far more SMD resistors than you'll need for this project, it might be more useful to get them in a kit of different values, rather than in lots of 100 for each value. You could get one like this for example:

Why Xilinx and not Altera?

Nemesis: that FPGA is well overpriced. They're cheaper on aliexpress.com (although you probably have to buy a minimum of three).

HardwareMan: no particular reason, it was pretty much a toss of a coin.

Didn't think to check aliexpress, but that price was cheaper than all other sources I could find in Australia, even before factoring in postage and minimum order amounts.
