Try eBay or Amazon. Like this:

http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dl ... age=search
http://www.amazon.com/Trouble-Shooter/d ... 08-2361748

When buying on eBay, be careful not to get burned by ridiculous shipping
rates. And for currency rates, use xe.com.

Just the other day I accidentally bid on Alien Soldier as a joke for "40
dollars" when really that was 40 GBP (80 USD), and I almost ended
up winning it. :O

"The Grubby Blue Dark" from TF-3 is a favorite here.

Cannon Fodder is pretty good for the Megadrive, too bad it was never released for the Genesis. It's better than the Amiga version, since there is no loading. The Atari Jaguar would probably be the best version, if the Atari Jaguar controller didn't suck.

Earthworm Jim 1 and 2 are my all time favorites. Gunstar Heroes is a close second.
