Can somebody send my the binary of dmf2esf?

Post by minerscale » Fri Sep 01, 2017 11:56 pm

I've been trying to compile BigEvilCorporation's version of dmf2esf (https://github.com/BigEvilCorporation/dmf2esf) for at least 2 hours. At this point I'm just about ready to give up. Has anyone got an up to date windows binary of dmf2esf?

Yes indeed: https://www.dropbox.com/s/yxfvkp4et3lui ... f.zip?dl=0

but I'm curious to know what problems you were having, it's not my most complex of project setups!

Note the command line options don't match the documentation, have a read of the code for how to use. I'll fix that up at some point.

I was having trouble with the pre-compiled headers... Really wasn't sure how to fix it. I am on linux though. So that's probably a problem. A friend tried on their windows machine to no avail either. I was using codeblocks too. 'Cause there is no Visual Studio on linux. :/

Anyway, thanks a lot! That really helps :)

I also have some problems compiling the project. It can not find src_simple function. I found it in a file outside the project in the libsamplerate folder, but when i add this file i got hundreds of errors. When i comment the calling to that function i got buggy sounds in samples and some of the PSG.

I will be very thankful if someone can compile a windows binary of the last version.

I tried the binary here but i get buggy sound. It just plays PSG and samples, but not FM.

All those test were made with the Green Hill track in Deflemask.

EDIT: i have some help for compiling the current repository, but i got the same buggy sound.
I move my request to BigEvilCorporation's dmf2esf thread.
