I've found the 32x toolchain I built on one of my old computers. I haven't touched it in ten months, but I remember building a simple program out of it. So it should still work.
However I can't seem to remember how to make my simple program build. I don't remember if it required anything other than calling make. And I never wrote a batch file, which I should've. I knew I was going to forget!
Here's what the folder structure looks like on my old machine:
So anyway, if you have any questions, I'll try to find an answer.

Unfortunately, I won't be uploading the version of the toolchain I found.TechnoZealot wrote:That would be awesome! Thank you guys so much for helping out!
- I don't know if it still works.
- It's taking up two gigs of space
- I don't know if any of the code licenses allow it.
Best I can do is to try to answer any questions you have.
Better yet, you should get in touch with Chilly Willy. He was away for a bit, but how he's back.
