I'm trying to get the cart into production, which means money, so I might aswell grab some into my own pocket... and also inflicting interest for real HW... Beggar Prince is on cart, Pier Solar gets on a cart, why can't my game end up the same way ?

And Sik, what SRAM are you formatting there ?

2Gen's internal BIOS, but if I was you, I wouldn't try it with games that have their own SRAM, just in case the emulator doesn't support separate SRAMs (honestly I have no idea how Fusion works). I suggested it for Regen already when BIOS support becomes available there, so we know that there's at least one emulator that supports this. Formatting is needed so the BIOS knows the data in SRAM is valid. It just initializes the tables, which is why SRAM data may vary (Fusion only saves the table, Regen saves all 64KB, Gens only the first 4 bytes because the rest are zeroes ;)).

Anyways, what I said might sound stupid, but wait until you can trigger the BIOS menu even with a game inside (which will be done by holding down A+B+C in port #1 at boot up time).
Sik is pronounced as "seek", not as "sick".

This whole thing would made 2gen games incompatible with real HW... things having its own SRAM and a BIOS to manage it which is not present in real HW... for now it seems so to me... and if a existing game uses SRAM it knows what to do with it, all formatting and stuff...
