New XGM driver !

Re: New XGM driver !
Hi,
I'm getting loop troubles with the driver and deflemask. Attached is a 1.60 vgm made with deflemask, when loop is done it makes a bit of noise.
Any ideas?

Re: New XGM driver !
Hi,
I think there is a bug in the VGM --> XGM converter, i will try to fix that.
That VGM to XGM conversion tool gimme some serious headache, there is so much obscure case which can happen :p
I will keep you informed of my progresses on this particular music (nice tune by the way !)

Thanks Stef.
If you need more info about the tune or the Deflemask module, let me know![Wink ](./images/smilies/icon_wink.gif)

Re: New XGM driver !
Hi guys,
I think this may actually be a Deflemask bug. I have a couple VGMs that do the same even in Deflemask's ROM output. Forgot my credentials to Delek's forum otherwise I would report it.
Posting from my phone where there is no evidence, but if you export your .dmf file as a ROM check if you still get the looping issue.

Hi Grind,
Tested with the Deflemask's ROM output and it works fine![Confused :?](./images/smilies/icon_confused.gif)

Re: New XGM driver !
I finally fixed the problem, an issue with the loop information indeed but a very tricky one :pDavidian wrote:Hi,

You can download the last xgmtool from here : https://github.com/Stephane-D/SGDK/raw/ ... gmtool.exe
Also in your track i saw a lot of space is waste by a big PCM containing almost only silent data, you can cut the size of the file by 2 at least just by optimizing the sample lenght

Thanks Stef,
I'll test it soon![Razz :P](./images/smilies/icon_razz.gif)
