Annoyances / suggested improvements

- No key shortcut for loading MD ROM.
- Windows are not focused on activation
- Can't select the main window with Ctrl+Tab
- Have to click on the disassembly in order to use step commands
- No frame advance command that I could find
- Emulator randomly locks up. I think the chance of it happening increases when using the VRAM pattern viewer, but not sure.
- "Run to" and breakpoints do not seem to work very well with the Z80? Often breaks at some other completely different random place instead.
- Would be nice to be able to instantly go to a specified address in the disassembly view by a keyboard command instead of using the scroll bars
- Step over and step out function strangely, stopping even though A7 has decreased? Would also be nice to have a way to designate a RAM variable as a thread ID, and only stop when it matches its initial value.
- Should be able to set, delete and toggle breakpoints from the disassembly view using keyboard commands only
