Er, what?
Why would you want to run exodus on that? It won't even get close to full framerate on that thing, not even half!
use a "normal" emulator

Are you comparing Core i7 3.5 GHz with 4 cores vs Core i3 (4th Gen) 1.7 GHz with 2 cores? You kidding.

Hey, Nemesis, I have two questions:
One, will I be able to get full speed with my 2500k with the new version coming out? As it is now, Sonic slows down to about 52.
Two, Can I have it regardless of it being finished? *paws at screen*

If you're getting 52 FPS right now with the last release, I expect you'll easily get full framerate on the new build. That said, I'm partway through a significant restructure of the way bus communication is handled. It's really hard for me to say at this stage what effect this will have on performance. Once I've completed this change and optimized the implementation, I'll measure the performance and see how things stand.
Once I release the project up open-source, you won't have to worry about waiting for changes, since you'll be able to pull the latest development build and run with that. I'm getting closer, just hang in there!
