King, you can download the converter from here. It has been coded very quickly so the converted files may need some editing in the description field.
Yeah, but I haven't looked at that in much detail and Steve (who does know about that) seems to be busy with other stuff so its getting a little delayed.Would a version with the Vista/7 DWM stuff be counted as something for a small update? Turbo Engine 16 needs it too.
I downloaded GG rom: Tails Adventures_(U).gg and work perfectly
Old rom was: Tails Adventures_(JU).gg crash on sega logo
So multi-country (JU) (UE) roms crashes
Thanks AamirM

I satisfactorily solved the problem with Blargg's NTSC filter and Regen in Windows XP Pro (testing in x64, can test in x86 if needed). It turns out that if any scan line setting is selected, from 25% or above, the filter works and there is no slowdown on my single core Athlon 64 3200+ system. With the default 0% interlacing option the NTSC filter completely kills the framerate and audio.
You may already know this also, but I discovered some strangeness when I set Regen.exe to Compatibility mode for Windows 98/ME. Principally the 100% interlaced option looks terrible on my Rear Projection HDTV. This is not a problem for me as I prefer minimum interlacing, but I thought I would mention it anyway.
