new bugs in Regen 0.96

AamirM, i found new bugs.
Some bugs in Game Gear:
Serious bug Game gear can take all CPU loading at 100% (Athlon 64 X2 6000+).
Stretching may cause glitches in Sonic the hedgehog 1 then screen of next stage change.
I found in Sonic Adventure 1 DX Director's Cut (PC Game) mini games (Emulator inside)
which does correct PSG noise volumes.
Sega Genesis:
Some strange issues with sound for example in Sonic 3D blast:
Then select sound test, just select music and change numbers 01 to 20 and 20 to 01
sometimes PSG change intonation (this is must be timing issues).
game "4 in 1.gen" only work Robocop 3.
game "Super 19 in 1.gen" only work MS Pacman.
some music distortion in Golden Axe 3, for testing enter in options and listen BGM 13.
Bug in Cheats:
Regen crash then click on empty place of menu.

Terminator 2 Arcade Game: then i use Sega Menacer, i can't continue
game then loose live, press start but it not work, i try to shoot in screen
but it not work, maybe i do something wrong?
Quick Save states have some minor bugs, i testing it very long time,
but issues appears rarely, for example: i play in "Great Circus Mystery, The - Starring Mickey & Minnie.gen"
in last level, then fight with last boss, i press quick save, and load it again, graphic glitches appears,
i exit from game, and load it again but game load correctly! :-0
Another game Judge dredd, if load saved game sound maybe have strange signal, but if press start button
twice this bug disappeared!
New cheat - Judge Dredd:

I want menu for select roms in Fullscreen mode (very required)
Theory work of capacitors:
in my first message i talk about PSG levels, sorry but maybe no one understand me.
in real thing, capacitors which does volume control of PSG noises,
capacitors always must be loaded to 50% (this is average volume of PSG channels),
if capacitors load at 35% then music and sfx will be too loud (My own experiment),
and if capacitors will be load at 75% or 90% then music play very silently.
I don't know how to make program code which will does it?
besides, i think part of YM2612 "DAC" some times work loud like example:
Sonic & Knuckles, rings and some other items sounds very loud. In real thing
almost channels sounds at correct levels, rings loud at 14%, PSG and parts of YM2612
at average levels(stable), but no one emu can't do it.
Yes very close to real thing is "Overdrive" filter, but some musical elements sounds
silently.
Regen have all functions of Sega Magistr, but not have "loud synthesis levels",
please make this filter of "loud synthesis levels".
And more, some issues maybe have in reality, i forgot some stuff, in last time played "real console" in 2003 year, sorry if i make some mistakes in this bug reports
