Megadrive pins while in reset

Hi all,

Does anybody know the state of the address, data and control lines of the megadrive while it is being held in reset (hard and/or soft).
I'm hoping they are tri-state but would like someone to confirm.

Databus is 3state and strobes are held high, IIRC... no idea about address bus...
