OK, I see it now in sega2f.doc. I should be able to get it sorted out now.

Yes, the locations are:

Port 3 CTRL = $A1000D
Port 3 SCTRL = $A1001F
Port 3 Tx = $A1001B
Port 3 Rx = $A1001D
