Suitable Megadrive Expansion-Port Connector

Post by MintyTheCat » Mon Feb 25, 2013 12:18 am

Hello all,

does anyone know the Name of the Connector that could be used to connect to the Megadrive's Expansion-Port? It's the same type of Connector used for the MD's Cartridge-Port but it's 30x2 instead of 32x2.

I want to hook the Expansion-Port up to my Logic-Analyser and I don't want to damage my Port physically.

Thanks.

I've used broken FamiCom connector, but you may use part of ISA 8 bit.

Yes, I know what you mean. I don't fancy cannibalising a Famicom though :D

Digikey look like they have one:
