effectively, quite impressive
September 1993 — February 2001 (7 years 6 months)

Involved in development and launch of Sega 32x, Saturn, and Dreamcast platforms. Was on Dural team (3Dfx-based console).

Debugged and maintained GCC. Debugged TCP/IP stacks. Debugged debugger problems. Wrote network programming guidelines. Wrote PWM sound driver for Doom 32x. Evaluated new hardware technologies for Sega.

(See resume for more detailed list - not enough space here)

oh, and just noticed that:
Co-Inventor on pending/issued patents:

"Videogame system for creating simulated comic book game"
U.S. Patent 6,010,405 (Date of Patent: Dec 5, 2000)
he is the co-inevntor of the Comix Zone's game engine

Just noticed I was mentioned here - thanks for the kind words!

Yep, I was involved in the design of the Comix Zone engine. I didn't code any of it, though.

I'm not a heavy-duty Genesis guy, honestly. Most of the work I did at Sega was on the 32x, the Dural, and the Dreamcast. I also did some PC work - I was briefly on the Segasoft side, and did the 3D software rendering engine for a game called Roach Rally (which was never released).

Toshi
