If it looks like a duck, sounds like a duck, and is sold as a duck then we shouldn't be surprised that the guy who makes the original ducks is a little mad.

One other option is that AtariAge simply decided to no longer sell it. Wouldn't Nintendo want ALL forms of the game yanked including downloads?

Do cease & desist letter compliance usually include complete gag orders on even telling people that you've received it?
