Anyway to a MultiGame cartridge ?

Hi :D I want to make a multi-game cartridge for sega genesis. I think i will make it with an Eprom type 27c322 (4Mo). thanks for your save state , but i want to launch the game in the real hardware with my flash card.
i think if the game works with gens , it should be works on a real genesis....
but i have the error message....
any idea for fix the roms ...

I was hoping that the encoding scheme used in PSIV is also used in any other Mega Drive games, on the chance that someone else had already figured it out. It appears it is the so-called "Kosinski" compression (LZSS-type, indeed) -- used in Sonic games, Sega CD BIOS, to name a few... and PSIV it see...
