It needed a bit of optimization for running at full screen, which I didn't bother with. Most folks just made the screen smaller (which was part of my port). I'll probably optimize the next update a bit more. I've learned a lot since that first port. Yeah, I usually did the opposite, the bigger the ...

I've got to play quite a bit with it before. But seems to suffer from quite a bit of slowdown, more precisely when the enemies try to shoot, or die, or similar; when it needs to load all those transitions from the cart.
Is that all the 32X can do?

About the size of the rom, I think the episode will be version 1 below 1MB, and version 6 will be episodes between 2MB and 3MB (I do not think that arrives to 3MB). Add Spear of Destiny will be easy, because they share the same graphics and a few more enemies are added, maybe I could do both on the...

Awesome update as usual. Think I've been playing around more with this demo, than with all the games I got from the Steam sale. It's just so damn cool to see this done on the Mega Drive! And since the soldiers don't attack us at the moment, it's easy to explore and check the whole levels. By reading...

We can link "new" people to it just in case right? http://www.sega-16.com/forum/showthread.php?26395-3D-on-the-Sega-Genesis-is-possible The results are indeed already quite amazing. But, guess I'm just quoting everyone else. :P I'm also part of the group that still hopes to see the full first level ...

Hey it's christmas again!

Whoa! Enemies next already?
Was expecting maybe ingame level change, or menus, or all the levels from the freeware browser version, but that's even better!! Even if it takes a little bit.

Thank you for your hard work.

Just tested, and the reset does get it working on Exodus if you do it quick enough, you just have to use the "Soft Reset" option instead (under Settings->Mega Drive->Soft Reset). The hard reset is a full system initialization, which should produce the same result each time. Yeah... that was complet...

Changed the default Exodus 1.0.0 keys around as Chilly Willy suggested; and everything works just fine now. :)

Works on Exodus as well now. The only thing I noticed was that I can't shoot while running (or run+shoot+strafe) on Exodus. However, I can do it on Kega Fusion. How does it behave on real hardware? Something that might need a little bit of tweaking is the gray used on the arm and pistol, as it's the...

wolfdemo_wsoundb.bin - it loads stuff on screen and as soon as the music starts it just suddenly goes to that "blank" screen. It works just fine on Kega Fusion (but think you already know that :P). The "FPS=" counter it's set to "00", but doesn't get to go up before the screen goes blank. During the...

Hi gasega68k, and thanks for the progress update. Now with the game hud working, the game feels quite a bit more complete already! I find the both the "player_weapon_original.bmp" and the "player_weapon2x_.bmp" look VERY good. The "player_weapon_original" obviously has more faithful colors, but unle...

Quite an amazing job so far indeed. Got to admit I never imagined such nice quality could be squeezed out of the stock Mega Drive\Genesis. Especially feeling so fluid. And even the music sounds pretty good already. Duke Nukem 3D wasn't too bad, apart from the awful color pallet choice and the visibl...

Hope uprock7 shows up with a lot of good news for everyone this summer. But, in the meanwhile just had to link this thread to the Service Manuals as well, seems very appropriate. http://www.assemblergames.com/forums/showthread.php?44343-Sega-Service-Manuals Also considered everything, and gotta admi...

Stuff is starting to pile up. US\JP\EU selector (or rather, JAPANESE <-> ENGLISH selector, I keep confusing this part and saying nonsense about it, my bad) 50Hz\60Hz selector Overclock for the Motorola 68000 (on\off?); which will add another think to be careful about since the 32X won't work if the ...

Those seem kind of harder to find around these parts (after a small search). http://www.syntax.com.tw/products/products_c.php?itemid=6622 http://www.syntax.com.tw/products/products_c.php?itemid=6623 These are from TXC and everything, but making such a small order from Taiwan kind of blows.
