Yeah, I think all the crashes are close to being non-existent.

LOL. The Genesis/Mega Drive should work fine with all its games. Although the only 'issue' you may notice from time to time is the sprite limit (especially Comix Zone!). But yeah, I bought Sonic 3 the day it was released and noticed the bugs within it. A lot of games have bugs - I even mistaken them...

It has enough power, it's just a buggy game.

I just played through Sonic 3 and beat it and I didn't notice any problems (but did notice the actual game's bugs).

Well, for Sonic 3 you want the Sonic The Hedgehog 3 (U) [!] ROM (GoodGen name) or the Sonic the Hedgehog 3 (USA) ROM (No-Intro name) if you're gonna test this.

Yeah, it's a hassle I know, but at least there's workarounds.

The Windows 7 issue is because of Windows Aero. Aamir will add support for it if Steve Snake gives him the info to fix it. What Sonic 3 errors do you refer to? AFAIK it does have some bugs that was fixed in the lock-on with Sonic & Knuckles.
