It'll be open source, so anyone can port it to Linux (or Mac).

Genesis plus is i think more accurate than kega fusion because 100% of games work. You're aware being able to play 100% of the games isn't a gauge in terms of how accurate the emulation is, correct? Kega hasn't been updated for what, five years now and since then there's been various discoveries so...

Guess I finally can retire Kega Fusion once Exodus 2.0 is out because I've had numerous problems with Fusion and Windows 8.1 Unfortunately for me, I probably can't do that as I tend to use certain features (e.g. Game Genie/Pro Action Replay cheats, 32X, Sega CD, etc.) and I really don't use the deb...

Umm, yes you can. I've done it on both. Use the DirectX 9 Redist found on Microsoft's site.

Re: SEGA attack again?

I don't understand , in some time all Genesis emulator was discontinued, before anything this emulators need a version 64 bit for Windows 8.1 and 10 , because this new Windows don't have directX 9 What is happens with Fusion and Regen?? They're not discontinued, they're sleeping. 64-bit versions ar...

By the way, apart from Gens K-mod, is there any emulator with Kega's accuracy level and speed with debugging features (vdp mainly)? Sadly, no. A few years ago Snake was thinking about releasing a build of Kega Fusion with his debugging options enabled (yes, Kega has debugging options, if you open K...

Well... If we look from different angle, Kega compared to ZSNES emulator. Both emulators not perfect, uses hacks, not cycle accurate VDP, etc. Exodus has same targets as BSNES\Higan - emulate console accurately as possible, without hacks, and no matter how many resources it need. Just where in the ...

I'm thinking maybe you'd get maybe 15 to 30 FPS max on that hardware, depending on the game. Exodus requires a quad core processor at least.

I might try Exodus in my Wine x64 setup and see what FPS I get there.
